The Buffalo Kickball league was born out of inspiration from a trip to McCarren park in the spring of 2008. After seeing how much fun some friends from Brooklyn were having at their game, league founder Steve K felt compelled to return to Buffalo and attempt to re-create the vibe.

The league is run strictly not for profit. Any funds collected go directly to handling official business including the purcase of supplies, permits etc.. with any remaining funds going to a worthy charity (at this point we're looking at the SPCA (We're doin' it for the puppies!)).

The goal here is 100% fun. While we encourage people to take the games seriously, the real idea is to give people something to do in Buffalo that doesn't involve going to a bar or driving on one of the 90's (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Bottom line, let's get together in the park and kick it!
